Although Tag Heuer does not have an official accreditation system in the UK, we still receive all of our parts directly from the brand. Our expert staff will be able to locate these and rework your model quickly and to the highest standard.

Our Tag Heuer full-service check includes water resistance and pressure tests to make sure everything is running as it should be. For the final aesthetic and time keeping checks, full restorations are completed with strap and battery replacements, and refurbishments to any different materials your watch may be made of.

I took a vintage diving watch that I bought on eBay here as it had stopped working. With no appointment Joel popped the back off, found the loose screw rattling around inside, re-aligned the movement, put the screw back in and had it all back together in a matter of seconds. He checked the seals at the same time and adjusted the strap for me too, before refusing to take any payment on the basis that it was quick and easy.... Astonishing service in this day and age, and I'm happy to post this review - it's really the least I could do under the circumstances. BRING YOUR WATCHES HERE - it may not be free but it will definitely be the fairest price you'll find in London.

Astonishingly PoorWent in with a necklace to be repaired having read good reviews online. Clasp had broken so just needed replacing. A simple enough job. Or so I thought.Having handed it over, I was then informed it would be ‘sent away’ to be fixed. A few messages exchanged with concern about exactly where my necklace now was and if I would ever see it again, over a MONTH later, I finally received a message that I could collect my necklace at last.On collection, I was bitterly disappointed. My once dainty clasp had been hacked off and usurped by a much larger lump of metal, not to mention incredibly stiff. Oh, and old and worn.Still, for a cheap price they had fixed the problem and I was prepared to overlook the ugliness (who sees the clasp anyway).Not 24 hours after collecting, the necklace broke away from my neck as I was walking, not even touching it. Thankfully I was at home and it was not lost on the street.What a ridiculous ordeal and not something I wish to repeat. Safe to say I will not be using this service for the further repair now required, thanks to the shoddy job that has been done.

BRILLIANT! I walked up with a broken watch, within 3 minutes he had it open, fixed perfectly and reassembled. He wanted to charge £10 but I decided to pay £15 as a token of my appreciation. A friendly smile, an efficient service, an honest expert! It's such a rare thing these days, I'm astounded when I find it!
